1. Our Commitment

We always aim to deliver work that matches the agreed requirements. If we are unable to deliver the project as agreed, you may be eligible for a refund as described below.

2. Eligible for Refund

• We fail to deliver the agreed scope and cannot resolve it.
• Work has not yet started on your order.
• A duplicate or accidental payment was made.

3. Not Eligible for Refund

• Work already completed and delivered as agreed.
• Change of mind after delivery.
• Delays caused by missing client content or feedback.
• Third-party costs already paid (licenses, hosting, APIs).
• Ready-made scripts/downloads after access has been provided.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp, Telegram or email with your order details and reason. We review every request fairly.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method where possible.

6. Partial Refunds

For partially completed work, a fair partial refund may be issued based on work delivered.
