1. Our Services

Softnir provides website & software design, development, cloning and customization services, plus ready-made scripts and packages. Service scope is defined per order/agreement.

2. Orders & Payments

We accept manual orders. After you contact us via WhatsApp, Telegram or email, we confirm scope, price and timeline. Payment terms (advance/milestone) are agreed before work begins. Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed.

3. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided per package and may vary with project complexity, client feedback speed and third-party dependencies. We are not liable for delays caused by late client responses or content.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate requirements, content and access in a timely manner.
• Ensure you have the legal right to any materials you supply.
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within agreed timelines.

5. Revisions & Scope

Each package includes a defined number of revisions. Work beyond the agreed scope may incur additional cost, quoted before proceeding.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets, libraries and pre-built scripts which remain under their respective licenses.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Confidentiality

We treat your project information as confidential and can sign an NDA on request.

9. Acceptable Use & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your platform (including gambling, crypto or investment products) complies with all applicable laws and licensing in your jurisdiction. Softnir provides development services only and does not provide legal, financial or licensing advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Softnir is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or data arising from use of our services or deliverables.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice. Completed work and incurred costs up to the termination date remain payable.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
